There is a severe problem with the server hostinmg the  GFS and ECMWF data used by WXSIM

You can always switch WXSIMATE to use Boeler instead of McMahon for the files.  Like Wim says, the McMahon downloads have been having server issues, but Chris is on it.. hopefully resolved soon.

I rebooted my ISP hotspot. That seemed to fix it. Should have though about that sooner. Thanks!

That link is not working at the moment, Wim. The forum seems to be having problems.

What Ken is pointing out does not seem to be a solution either. The change from McMahon to Bohler because what seems to be failing is actually another download

Keeping up with what goes on with WXSim on the Weather-watch forum is recommended as that is the support forum for it. Correctly changing to Bohler data works but it's not simply changing WXSimate to load Bohler data as only  Chris' server provides ECMWF data so that needs to be turned off and WXSim updated to only load GFS data,  there are details on how to do that correctly on there.

If you use WXSim please register on there so you can keep up with the current situation.

Bohler data has been working fine for me during the time Chris has been working on the fix.

The Weather-watch forum won't load for me, at least not from my location.

I've disabled the data for the European center model, but the error persists, I don't understand it.

Well, I'll be patient. It's okay for a couple of days.

All data for WXSIM users is available again as all servers are working OK since a few hours.
