Are there weather weapons, weather manipulation tools in existence is a question I'd like to have an answer to. If so, are they being used for good or evil? Why doesn't it snow like it used to? Why are hurricanes larger, and hold more rain? Just to say it's carbon that is the cause or human life going on in an extreme way is not a complete answer if any answer at all.
