Here is what my Ecowitt Outdoor Temperature (and Humidity) chart for 2024 (so far) looks like:

Note that it shows the Max and Min points within the round 'bubbles'.
That is a screenshot from ecowitt.net, as seen on my browser. I don't use a dedicated display, data from the senors gets uploaded to my GW2000, which uploads it to ecowitt.net (and wunderground.com etc).
Other than initially setting up the sensors and GW2000, there isn't any 'tinkering' required other than to choose the appropriate dropdown selections on the chart to get it to display the 'Year' period instead of my normal 'Day' period. Other data points captured by ecowitt.net can be similarly displayed.
That particular sensor is in a protected area, so the reported temperature is lower than the actual "Outside" temperature. Our outdoor peaks are close to 95F currently.
