Topic: Possible to set up an alert if it rains more than .10 ?

The request is probably dumb, but...
I'd like an alert to text me on my phone if it's rained more than .10 so I can remember to close my two shed windows in my back yard.
I have looked at the Weatherlink console and only thing I is is for alerts on the console itself.
I checked the weatherlink.com site and didn't see any such alerts there.
Is this possible?
I also have a VP2 console and also run WeatherView32 on a dedicated PC 24/7 if it's possible to set it up there.
