As anyone heard from Rainwise support?

I sent an email to my last POC as well as filled out the contact form on their website and nothing heard back.

I have not had to contact them for a while.

But the last time I did I talked to Brad.  207-801-4036
No idea if it still works because I know they changed locations.
Worth a shot.

Thank you

I may try to call Brad.  I thought I sent him an email at Rainwise and it came back.

I've had a trouble ticket open since January 30th and have yet to hear back from anyone. I used to rely on Brad to promptly respond to any questions that may have come up, but since Rainwise became a part of Nielsen Kellerman (NK) it seems that tech support has vanished.

I've gone so far as to send a certified letter to the Chief Operating Officer of NK and that didn't even rate a response.

As far as I'm concerned,  like the quality of the Rainwise M III, but because of the lack of response from "support" I'm not able to recommend them any more.

The transition from Rainwise.net web display to the ambientweather.net display also leaves a great deal to be desired for my users - they prefer the simple and easy to understand display of data on rainwise.net.

Agreed. I've been left high and dry as well. Can't even bother with a reply back saying yes or no. And not the first time. I'm finding out nowadays, people just ignore you instead of even bother to give a simple reply. Reflection of today's "society".
