Pantech HP2550
« on: May 07, 2023, 08:29:55 AM »
Hello, very new to this!

I have, what I believe, is a Fine Offset clone. A Pantech HP2550 WS. I have configured CumulusMX station settings for Ecowitt Data Access API as per the API key info from Ecowitt website. My WS uploads data to this website fine.

I run CumulusMX.exe, it states it is running normally and connected to the station.

But I do not see any data on any of the urls provided.

What have I missed in the setup?

Thanks

Hi,

I presume that for urls "localhost:8998" and "yourPCIPaddress:8998" the local dashboard are displaying correctly but no station data?  Is there any data in the Local Dashboard Data log > Monthly logs and Dayfile tabs?

Check the \CumulusMX\MXdiags latest log file and see if anything there is showing as error or abnormal.

Enjoy,
Paul

Thanks for the reply Paul.

Yes correct on the urls answer. Tried all 3 as per the cumulusMX dialog box. Dials show no data from my WS.

There is no data in either, monthly or daily logs.

When I check the txt file for todays log it does have an error regarding Ecowitt Local API. Which is how I configured my WS type.

I have attached a word doc with some screen shots.
This is a snippit from todays log file;
