Cumulus MX and CWOP
« on: November 11, 2020, 11:54:01 AM »
Can someone tell me why CWOP works fine with legacy Version 1.9.4, but not with MX?   Thanks!

Hi,
There should not be any difference, I have it running quite well.

Is it enabled in Internet settings and Password, Server, and Port filled in?

Attaching the MXdiags will be helpful to diagnose.

Enjoy,
Paul

Yep everything else is exactly the same as the legacy version... I think when I get home tonight I'm going to reopen it on MX and see what happens also where are those MXdiags that you were referencing?

Glad all is good.

For future reference, in your \CumulusMX folder on your computer there is a subfolder named MXdiags.  At each start of CumulusMX program the MXDiags folder starts a log file from start up till shutdown.  This provides excellent information to monitor the program and identifies any errors that may occur in the ongoing running.  It is suggested that when support is needed the latest MXdiags file be zipped and uploaded to the support forum.

Enjoy,
Paul
