yes this is exactly how the customer of Froggit works currently. I can confirm. They ship fast but there is no comunication afterwards if you need after sales customer service.

Hi!

Here is a semi-positive message about the support from Froggit.
They replaced my outdoor sensor (HP3000SE aka WH65 - I had to swap the lithium-batteries every 50 days) with no major problems.
The customer communication was not ideal here either (I had to inquire several times by email, an RMA form came without any comment, no information about receipt of the defective device or shipping of the replacement device or what they did) but in the end I now have an apparently new outdoor sensor after only 10 working days.
:-)
That is difficult to imagine with a non-European provider.

So - my experience:
Froggit not only delivers quickly but can also resolve support cases quickly and satisfactorily.
They just need to work on better customer communication.

Regards, Oliver

Hi!

The WH32 is finally available directly from Froggit: DP40 / WH32F Outdoor Thermo-Hygrometer Wireless sensor

Presumably there will soon be a reasonable bundle WITH outdoor sensor as described in the first post ...
Some things just take a little time. It is important that it will be fine in the end.

Regards, Oliver

Edit: There's already the bundle available.

Below the current correspondences of Ecowitt and Frogitt sensors (hardware and firmware identical) as per 15-Sep-2020 for potential Froggit customers
see also: https://www.froggit.de/?view_mode=default&cat=c40_DP-Serie-dp-serie.html&cPath=40&listing_sort=&listing_count=45

This will be integrated into the FineOffset (and clones) Overview created by George including consoles, software, expandability etc.)
