Topic: Davis to WUnderground direct uploads intermittent?

Has anybody else noticed station data that is sent directly from Davis to WUnderground is intermittent? WUnderground is showing some data gaps of several hours (https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KORMONRO2/table/2019-05-6/2019-05-6/daily). Davis also sends my data direct to CWOP which is always perfect at 15 minute intervals (https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/mesowest/getobext.php?wfo=mso&sid=AT600&num=168&raw=0&dbn=m).

I've sent an email to Davis support to find out if they have noticed the problem. If so, I'll update this thread.

I heard back from Davis. I'm not the only one reporting the problem. They said it's WUnderground. Here's a sample from today with a 4 hour gap:

Guessing maybe related to issue I posted on software forum - about reviving email from WU that my station not reporting then second email shortly later that I was connected again?

All of the issues I have are solely at WU. My logs show that WU accepts the ftp uploads from my webcam but then they don't get updated on the website. There are never any problems with the CWOP updates either. I suspect it's all back end issues with the IBM cloud.

Looking into this, as far as We are aware, PWS uploads are functioning 100% correctly.

Attached is what our logs show us receiving from Davis for today, note the gaps around where your data is missing today.  I will get in touch with Davis to see if we can work this out

It looks like something got fixed. Today the updates are spot on at 15 minute intervals.  Thanks much wunderground-PWS for the response.

Well all I did was email them!
