maybe you are sending data from PWS to WU too fast
I dont know if there are some restrictions, but every 16s is very fast
Is called "rapid fire" and you can send data as fast as every 5 seconds
I do.
The station sends data packets every 16s and this interval is stitched in its software. This is not modifiable by the user.
WU aggregates packets for 5 minutes, averages data and displays in graphs and tables.
The window / Time slot on the WU / IBM server is opened cyclically every 5s and the packages fall into this window when it is open. If they do not get due to the time shift they are lost - but this is a very small percentage of losses

The fastest stations send packets every 5s.
This is the probable reason for the mismatch of some stations to these windows / time slots and the irregular presentation of data.
