I tried the import, but the server is extremely slow and sometimes even throws this error. Also the whole page is extremely slow even when just displaying data. I don´t think this is a problem on my side, because otherwise my internet connection is very fast and it was slow even at work where we have 1GBit connection.

The only solution I can think of is if I try do this by creating the database on my own server and then uploading it directly from phpMyAdmin as one large single SQL file. But the problem is that I am not at work tomorrow and my computer here at home is too slow for all this.

You can try it yourself again, I tried January 2014 and it worked, but it only works sometimes and sometimes runs out. Otherwise you will have to wait until Tuesday because on Monday I cannot stay at work after hours to do this. And unfortunately I cannot guarantee it will 100% work, hopefully yes, but we will see. You can try yourself, the column numbers I showed you work.

Also, in your config.php, check your parameters design and design2, one of them is set incorrectly, which is why the colors on your web are problematic and you don´t see the graphs. If you want you can paste your whole config here (without the MySQL login and password of course).

OK, thanks, sorry I can´t help you right now. Try the column numbers I showed you and it should work, but your server is very slow so the import is problematic. If you are unable to do this, I will do it on Tuesday, I can stay after hours at work. It is likely to take me maybe one or two hours so I cannot do it on Monday, when I have too much stuff at work and I cannot do it at home, because my laptop is 10 years old and very slow.

I will remember about it don´t worry, I am sure we will get it working eventually!

Hi,
so I finally found out why the import for some months did not work... the problem is in your logs! I looked for example at 201312, which should be December 2013, but when I opened it, the dates inside are for January.

Please make sure you have your logs named correctly and let me know when they are all correctly uploaded and named on the server.

Your logs are in 1 minute intervals, which means they are relatively big files. The problem is that your server is extremely slow. Even when I just view the site normally, not importing anything, it is extremely slow. I tried the same log file on my server (which is also relatively slow) and it took 8 seconds. There is a limit on your server and after that limit it just runs out. So for example for December 2013, I am not able to load more than the first 22 or 23 days....

An option would be as I suggested, I would have to replicate your database on my server, then save the whole thing as SQL and then upload that one big file at once. This would theoretically work, but first of all it would take lot of time, but more importantly it would not solve the issue of the page being extremely slow even when viewing it.

What interval did you set for your CRONs?

If anyone could also confirm that, try:

And see if it is also so slow for you, try some monthly/annual reports etc. I just want to make sure this is not an issue on my side.

Juan, I tried importing all the files and they should be on the server.

Couple more things:

1. I asked you yesterday already, your config.php settings are wrong (design is screwed up). Can you please copy your config.php settings for the part where you set the design and font.

2. I will try reformatting your database so it runs faster, please let me know what database update intervals you specified in wd.php. Is it 5 minutes?
