Does anyone know where Gladstonefamily.net gets it's MADIS data from?
Stations such as https://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/95671 are allegedly sourced from MADIS
But I can't find those stations in the MADIS datasets themselves, neither on
https://madis-data.ncep.noaa.gov/madisPublic1/cgi-bin/madisXmlPublicDir?rdr=&time=20200928_2000&minbck=-59&minfwd=0&recwin=3&dfltrsel=1&state=AK&latll=-38&lonll=130&latur=-33&lonur=140&stanam=95671&stasel=0&pvdrsel=0&varsel=2&qctype=0&qcsel=0&xml=0&csvmiss=0
nor in the NetCDF's:

It appears that 95671 is an official BOM synoptic station, 95671 being the WMO Number. MADIS is the NOAA/NWS quality monitoring system so it presumably gets the data from the WMO Global Telecommunications System (GTS) in BUFR format.

Right - but that station still doesn't appear in MADIS via any of the sources I can find, but it does show up on Gladstonefamily, who is allegedly reading it from MADIS.
So my question is, where does Gladstonefamily get it from?

I can only presume that non-NOAA 'official' met data are restricted and do not show up on MADIS public lists such as those you referenced.
Gladstonefamily.net seemingly has access to the full MADIS dataset because I often compare my data against Laverton and Avalon, both of which are official BoM synoptic stations.
