Regarding the HTTPS upload option for webcams, this has never worked and probably never will since IBM bought Weather Underground, sort of like when they bought SPSS, they take what they want from the carcass and profit from it and to heck with stuff that they don't need. For those who want to use https for uploading, I suggest opening an account at windy.com, easy to use and very cool software. That is all...
