Title: Experimental NWS 1-3-6-24 Hour Change Graphics

I stumbled on this EXPERIMENTAL NWS page (https://www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov/exper/change/change.html) this morning and couldn't resist scraping it.  After modifying the presentation to reflect more of my style, this is the result (https://www.gwwilkins.org/wpc1-3-6-24hChange.html).

It currently lives as a separate page, and as long as it's not in production it will continue to do so.

It won't validate on an SSL site due to cross-site restrictions, but it validates on my non-SSL testing site (https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fselincolnwx.info%2Fwpc1-3-6-24hChange.html).

Edit 2018 Sep 1:  I forgot to include a link to the NWS WPC page where this is found.  Zip updated.
