A few things to note while setting it up..
WS68: There's a rubber seal that surrounds the solar/UV box and the top of the battery compartment - it's hanging out where the battery cover slides up, it seems it has stretched so it won't create a seal when the battery cover goes back on.
WH40: Mine has a flawed design. I mounted it using U-bolts on a stainless steel pole. The pole was absolutely bang on level vertically on all sides, and the top horizontally. I sat the rain gauge on top without the U-bolts tightened, and the bubble level is 100% centered. As soon as you tighten the U-bolts it pulls a metal plate in, flush with the side of the rain gauge mount. The trouble with that is, the rain gauge mount isn't straight, there's a slight slope to it, so as the plate moves in, the rain gauge begins to tilts backwards which puts it completely out of level. I had to wrap some tape around the pole to thicken the area where the plate pulls in to, and extra 3/4 of inch to be exact. This allowed the U-bolts to tighten without tilting the rain gauge.
WH41: I took the cover off to put the batteries in, but I see no seal around the cover or the main unit. I have no idea how it will stay dry inside of it, rain will 100% make it's way in there eventually.
Lastly, the signal is extremely poor. My console is around 40' away, with two thin walls in between and I have zero signal from the anemometer/solar/uv. No signal for the outside temp/humidity. Very little signal from the rain gauge and it will not even pick up the moisture and PM 2.5 sensors and they are the closest ones to the console.
Slightly disappointed is an understatement.
