Topic: Cumulus 1.9.4 1099 with Froggit 1080 se

Good evening to all. I would like to ask if any of the guys have worked this software with the new 2019 model station.

 I also attach the link so you can have an accurate picture of the model.

 Someone I know has a problem with cumulus connections to this station and I'm worried because I want to buy this station too.

That may look like the other popular Fine Offset clones but it isn't the same. Take a close look at the anemometer part. It is totally different. It is not compatible with the GW1000 / DP1500. I'm not saying it isn't a Fine Offset clone, rather that it is actually a revival of an older generation, which I don't recommend.

I recommend instead as a basic station the Froggit WH3000 SE abd then add to it the DP1500 gateway device. Then it will work with Cumulus MX.

If you want a nicer display and more features and extra sensor expandability then I recommend the HP1000 SE PRO (again also add the DP1500).

If you don't need a display then just get the DP1500 kit with outdoor sensor array.
