I would like to build my own weather website and need to know how and where I need to start. Thanks.

Start by finding a design that you like.  This Personal Weather Stations is a good starting point.  Also check out the members signatures. When you have an idea of a format you want to use, there will be instructions.

You can also tell us what kind of weather station you have. What hardware and software you are currently using. If you don't have one yet then tell us what your budget is and what is most important about measuring weather data is. To some people it is rain, to other people it is wind. To some people none of the metrics are necessarily more important than the other, they just want to have a decent enough station to see their weather.
