Are there any step by step instructions available for people like me to set up a site like this for my weather station?

Wim has quite a bit of documentation and will answer questions on the weather display forum when he has the time.

There are the Saratoga scripts and templates too, which are awesome. Ken has a ton of documentation for the templates and each separate script.
