Topic: EC servers down

Has anyone any information on the trouble at EC?  Radar has been a noshow for quite some time here.  Also noticing some other weirdness.  Did a version check with Saratoga and my software is all up to date.

Montreal River Radar is showing lake effect snow coming in from Lake Superior. (closest site to me in NE Lower Michigan)

You are near Ottawa, the Franktown radar is showing a blank page for me.

Must not be a EC-wide problem.

Hi,


I can't even get the Montreal River radar here. Trying weather.gc.ca just gives me a timeout. Weather office.gc.ca gives me a Not Found result.


Seems as though the outage is pretty much system wide. Checking other Canadian Saratoga Template sites shows no local radar.


Have to wait it out, I guess unless Ken knows something else to try

I just checked again, and the date/timestamps are current for Montreal River for me.

Ok then. Something at my end. Seeing the issue on my phone and desktop. I'll turn wifi off on the phone and see if cell brings me a page.


Ok...really strange. Turning my wifi off brings me the same results as you are seeing. Franktown down, but other radars up. Time to see what changed in my router settings. Thanks for the help.

A reset of my router put stuff back to normal-ish. Franktown radar is still showing a blank page but I suspect it may be down.
