Helene as of 3:00 PM EDT is a Category 1 Hurricane over the southern Gulf of Mexico with sustained winds of 80 mph. Mandatory Evacuations have been issued for most of Florida's West Coast and the Florida Peninsula. Its peak intensity is likely going to be a high end Category 3 to a Low End Category 4.
Landfall is expected by Thursday Night, with storm surge up to 15 ft.

You don't think you can get cold in a tropical storm but consistent 30-40mph winds when you are soaked from horizontal rain is cold.
