Debby
DoctorKnow:
So which way is she going? Will she head north through Myrtle Beach, Georgetown, Charleston; (once it exits the mainland of Florida/Georgia) or will she go back the way she came as the GFS has indicated very persistently? It doesn't appear it will become a Hurricane again once it exits the mainland into the Atlantic, (if it even goes off-shore) since it is getting the squeeze out there. Coastal SC could get 20 inches of rain if the system stalls out for a few days.
CW2274:
Fourtunaley, storm surge will be minimal, but the flooding will likely be out the ying-yang.
