This would have fit nicely into my previously suggested "Non weather related software" forum which you guys choose not to impliment. The above post does not really fit in this category. This is a weather forum I realize that, but why not expand our horizens just a tad, weather is not the end of the earth.

I know most of you tinker with other software that a lot of us might be interested in, I know I do and it might add some fun to the overall forum.

I'll shutup now :)

I oddly do most of my non weather related blubbering in a tractor forum of all places.  We learned the hard way though two topics in particular, politics and religion you don't want to go there.  Too easy to loose friends.   They do allow the prayer chapel but keep a pretty tight rope around it to avoid going beyond that into any discussions.

Thx Mark you're always there to cover my back even when I blubber on especially after a few brews. No harm meant and I'll check the link.

I don't drink so I'm not sure what my excuse is.  I tend to say more on the internet at night than I do most of the day in real life.   UU

There's several guys with weather stations and a couple more wannabe's that I've talked to over there.  One bought a VP2 for both his and the FIL's usage after talking to me about them.  Another's had a Weather Monitor II for 10 years or so and looking into putting his data on the net for the first time.  Another has one of the cheaper stations.  Tried some recruiting from there to here a few times but so far no luck.  I think the trouble is we all are stretched kind of thin on getting to all the places on our list to have room for another forum when it comes along.  Seems to be closet weather folk just about everywhere.  I'm not in the closet though, here's my signature I use there..

Just add one tractor or lawnmower photo and it fits right in.

Now you know why I use the weird green background and yellow type on my webpage.

Too funny Mark   and I don't think your colors are weird

Same here with the talk, I am so much better (not saying much) in print than in speech, I think it's the extra time I get to think, not to mention backspace   :?

I have a kicka** Pulan (sp) mower with a Honda engine, sleek black sure to empress all you farm folks :) I'll see about joining, thx for the invite.

Ok Mark I'm in, gonna lurk for a bit

I see some interesting (non tractor) topics. I'd probably have a tractor but I'd have a tough time turing it around in my yard

Dang... Another forum to check out. I just replumbed all of the rubber fuel lines on my John Deere 670 with polyurethane tubing. 10 years of biodiesel dissolved the rubber into a gooey mess.
