Elevation not registering

Since June of 2022 my  NOAA & climatological reports have been showing elevation of zero. 
I have set in Control panel Sun/lunar elevation of 64 meters.
Any ideas.  Attached is report showing zero

Found in Average/extremes NOAA style reports/Setup NOAA report.  To many areas in WD to setup elevation
