Follow up to my previous cry for help.  I'm not even capable of logging in to WU.  Issues there too.  I'm new to this forum so not exactly sure how to make it work for me so looking for suggestions.

I'll give you the short answer.  WU has migrated to a new site and format.  The migration has not gone smoothly and there are numerous problems that include losing previous account information.  You may find it easier to create a new account and proceed from there.  As with everything, YMMV.

I tried it with one of my PWS.  After an hour nothing yet, no luck.  Thanks for the suggestion.
