Changing station name on ambientweather.net
« on: May 21, 2023, 05:20:07 PM »
On ambientweather.net I'm trying to change the name Station 8 to Bedroom. The instructions say to highlight the area and type in the new name. It works for the one called "rainfall" which I can change to "rain" but can't change channel 8. When I try it just keeps defaulting back to channel 8 immediately. As I start tying in a new name it just keeps going back to "station 8", not even letting me finish typing. I tried using both Chrome and Edge browsers. Help, please.

For me highlighting the text does nothing. However, backspacing the text out and then renaming works. That said, I do not have a channel 8.

I have a sensor 8 . If highlight the text and type (no delete or backspace) , it takes the new name.
To revert back all I have to do is highlight it and hit delete

This is on Chrome
