Topic: WiFiLogger stops uploading CWOP data every morning

Maybe I got something wrong in the configuration ???? Can you tell me your steps?

I'm using my Cumulus to submit to Windy.  But under Setup, Data Export, It's on that page.

I also have that window but once all the configuration is done, I never see my station online on Windy

After setting up my station here:

I was able to click on it and see the data.

I follow the page you recommended but then it tells me that I have no registered station. I do not understand

I've noticed that if I go to Windy.com directly, my station doesn't show.  But going through the Station link above, it does show a dot.

So honestly, I'm not sure why there is a difference.

Also, if you are a part of CWOP, Windy.com is already pulling your data from there.  So you may not need to send it at all.

If you only upload to CWOP then your station data on Windy will be much delayed ...up to 15 minutes (or possibly longer)...even if you are uploading to CWOP every 5 minutes. But if you upload directly to Windy then your data can be more timely at every 5 minutes.

Great information, thanks. I think I'll upload to both CWOP and Wundy if possible. Now I am uploading directly with the wifilogger to WL, WU and PWS Weather without any problems. For Windy, I'll be writing about their community.

Sorry for the OT. I solved on Windy by creating a new account, it works. At the moment my wifilogger is uploading data simultaneously on:

Weatherlink
WeatherUnderground
Windy
Weathercloud
Awekas
CWOP
MetOffice
PWSWeather

All without problems

Hi,

I have been quiet on my WiFiLogger problem since late December, where I had concluded that WiFiLogger would reliably upload long term to CWOP as long as I did not have any other clients on my network receiving data from WiFiLogger. I was wrong. After a couple of more days the upload failed again. I have now resigned myself to have the CWOP upload being performed by the one PC on my network which is on 24/7. That has now been 100% reliable for more than 3 weeks. This is OK for now, but I am hoping for a firmware update for the WiFiLogger which will eliminate the need for a PC to do the upload. I do not think there is any problem with my local network.
