Topic: Need help creating my chart

for a location that we sail in a weekly basis. However I am lost because  I need to make a script that will receive live data from CO-OP site ()
 
That way my chart will be displayed and I can tweak a little bit for my users.
Any body familiar with this type of projects ? Need to display live data (wind direction/speed)
