The links to a couple of offshore alerts were stale, and the scripts didn't validate when alerts were present due to the NWS inclusion of bare ampersands in their output. The version of HTML that these scripts use requires '$amp;' rather than just '&' which is permissible in HTML5 according to Jasiu who provided the fix for the validation problem. Thanks, Jasiu!
