Are you using a singular SSID with multiple APs?
If so, I know that these units don't like that.

If so, I know that these units don't like that.

If you have a mesh system of APs then you should be able to stop them hopping between APs, on my BT setup there is an option called 'Steered' which can be turned off so they will not hop between APs. My GW1000 and GW1100 are both set up like this. Other mesh systems may call it something else.
