Yes, the MyHealtheVet site.
I regularly use it to refill prescriptions, and I have gotten timely responses to messages I've sent to the clinic on the site, I generally prefer it to telephone runarounds, and I get everything in writing.
Of course privacy is always a concern over the internet, but then privacy with anything seems to be questionable anymore.
