Reolink Cams
« on: June 21, 2023, 04:48:55 PM »
I have 5 of these cams of different models. They can all be viewed via wifi. However starting a couple days ago 3 of the cams cannot be viewed with cellular data. The other 2 can. What makes it more weird is that when I use the client the 3 cams I can't access with cell data cannot connect to the client while the other 2 can.
I use reolinks app to view the camera's. They have been working flawless so don't know what happened.
So why no cellular access for 3 of the cams?
EDIT
Was able to download a new version and all cams are now showing on the client.

Must of been gremlins  as all 3 cams now work on cell data. Strange how these devices work fine, then stop working, then work again. :???:

Tell me about it.  I have three, one a 'dual'.  All on the same branch of the router, even the same power circuit for their juice.  Two are invariably on line, one tends to be off and on whenever it wants to.

I guess I should check for firmware updates.
