We would like to participate in CWOP. The data from our local weather station is only available in CSV, DAT, etc. because we convert it to use for comparative analysis with water quality data from sensors in a pond adjoining the weather station. Our university security rules are very strict, so no FTP, or export from anywhere but end of the line, from our server out. I am looking for advice on how we can upload to and participate in CWOP.
