When I changed providers, I ran into a similar problem, and I discovered my new hosting provider was server-side caching. Server side web caching typically involves utilizing a web proxy which retains web responses from the web servers it sits in front of, effectively reducing their load and latency. I had to contact my provider and have them disable the caching in order to get my most recent data to display. I'll bet that's where your problem lies, and I'd reach out to ICDSoft about it.
