This 2,38 version is really worthwhile, it largely resolves the problem with WFLs leaving gaps in the data every day or so. In a side-by-side test, one Pro2 Console/WFL with version 2.36 missed 19 hours in 19 days while another Pro2 Console using WFL 2.38 and auto-reboot lost only 6 minutes (for details see topic=41295.msg430975#msg430975).
However, I don't agree that the lost transmissions issue is down to problems with the router. Both my WFLs were communicating with the same router at the same time. The router itself is an RNLI Cisco Enterprise device costing priced in thousands of euro. And surely, if it was due to the router, rebooting the WFL would not affect the problem.
