Topic: Virtual weather with Weatherlink

Well, I have my weatherlinkIP communicating my data with Weatherlink.com.  www.weatherlink.com/user/ugwxmaze.  I can not get virtual weather station (internet edition) to download this date.  When I click on the setting. The computer just locks up.  What do I need to change or set up to get VWS to recognize weatherlink data?
