VWS bad high and low temp

I posted this a long time ago but my VWS V15 p03 is showing bad high low temp reading I have gone into setting's and told it to clear high and low temp but it doesnt and I have unchecked
Get station Highs and Lows and also Data Validity check (crc) none of this has helped. ](*,)
