Topic: Horizontal Line Object

I am returning to VWS after a 10 year hiatus.  I am amazed at how little the software has changed in that time, but I could swear there is something missing.

I thought that I used to be able to place a horizontal line on graphs to make a "Freeze" line at 32 degrees.  I clearly recall doing this, but I don't see any way to do this anymore.  Am I imagining things?
