Title: Webcam on Belchertown skin

Looks like Pat O'Brien has updated the Belchertown WeeWX skin to include a Webcam.  It appears to be version 1.3.  Anyone hearing a release date for the new, cool version of this skin?  I have an old Foscam I am trying to integrate into my web site and I'm using the Belchertown skin.
