Title: Solar radiation blocked!

Hi, My station is 10686, Awekas blocked my solar radiation data long time ago, is possible that they sent emails, but i miseed!.

Is possible to contact with them to unblock this data?

Yes, if you have fixed the situation then you can email administration <at> awekas.at and request that the sensor be unblocked. Be sure to reference your station ID.

It might be helpful to explain the situation and what happened if you have more details.
