You have to set it to serial mode. As the WeatherLink "USB" setting is not supported by other programs / devices. You can "only" use it with WeatherLink on a Windows/PC.

It you set it back to serial ALL weather-programs/devices can read it. Including the Meteobridge.

That "special weahterlink only USB" protocol is not to be used in your case.

well...still no luck...here is info from the most recent log after I reset the Davis Console to Serial (and using 6.05) my computer recognized the console via Com Port 3. I then disconnected the Console from my laptop and plugged the console via USB into the front of the MeteoBridge...this is what came up on the MB software (the SYSTEM tab)

logger (01.05.2020 11:24:19): disconnect station 0 (Vantage): timeout
logger (01.05.2020 11:24:49): can't open device /dev/ttyMH: No such file or directory
logger (01.05.2020 11:25:19): message above repeats 1 time.
system (01.05.2020 15:25:35): stop of logging process initiated.
logger (01.05.2020 11:25:35): parent process received termination signal (15).
logger (01.05.2020 11:25:35): child process received termination signal (15).
logger (01.05.2020 11:25:35): disconnect station 9 (System Data): exit
logger (01.05.2020 11:25:36): data logger stopped.
logger (01.05.2020 11:25:36): databases disconnected.

OK I rebooted the MeteoBridge Pro Black - and now the data are appearing on the MB console and also being reported correctly on the LIVE DATA tab of the MB Pro software!
