Topic: Changing weather stations ... change the CWOP ID?

Greetings!

I have been uploading to CWOP for over 3 years now with a Davis Vantage Vue.

I am upgrading to a Vantage Pro2 and discontinuing the Vantage Vue.

I use WLL.

I am not changing location.

Do I need to get a new CWOP ID for the Vantage Pro2 or can I make that the new primary station to upload data using my current CWOP ID that I have used with the Vantage Vue?

You should be able to keep your ID.

WLL will just pick up on the new station ID and go with it.  It shouldn't notice any difference.
