The first quarter will see the several states come on board:
January-Louisiana
February-New Jersey
March-South Carolina

2nd Quarter announcement so far:
April-Rhode Island
May - Georgia
June - Utah, Washington State

3rd Quarter:
July - Michigan
August - Mississippi

4th Quarter:
October - California

Other potential new CoCoRaHS states for 2008 include: Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Additional states (yet to be named) will join the network in 2009.  Our goal is to have 20,000 observers by 2010.
