That is exactly what I was looking for in a long time. Is it relatevely a new product?
I have the feeling that the market "woke" after weather underground decision to axe their services.

This does not solve my problem as it turns out because I would have to leave the PC running, so looking to on-sell it now if you are interested.

If you run CumulusMX on a Raspberry Pi your power consumption is next to zero.  Heck, you can glue the RPi to the back of a console so you would not even see it.
