Adding previous months rain to database ?

WXjem:
I deployed my new station in February using the weewx software running on sqlite database.

I would like to add in the rain amounts from my old station for the previous month (January) so that the rain year value is correct.  Unfortunately, my old station software database is not compatible with new weewx sqlite database.  I have the old daily rain records documented.  Its there a way to manually add this data to the database?
