Topic: Wind readings w8686

Recently purchased and upgraded from my bresser 5-1 to a watson w8686 after hearing good things now it's a stormy day weather apps are saying 40/5omph in my area now my weather station is 14ft in the air. On my old Bresser i was getting readings much higher wind speed. But since putting the new station up yesterday and replacing the station seems to be recording much less wind readings but the winds being very strong. Does anyone else see low reading on there watson w8686 station?
