Meteostick can now also read RF data from Davis repeaters

As discussed in this thread (http://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=24271.0) the CRC rules on repeated Davis RF packets are now understood and new Meteostick firmware 2.2 can offer data from Davis repeaters to Meteobridge/Meteohub.
