FTP
« on: July 18, 2022, 08:26:22 PM »

I recently switched to a new internet service provider. Ever since the switch, my Meteobridge FTP and Meteobridge weather data won't update.
I keep getting parse errors when I check my live data page. My internet service and hosting service can't seem to figure this out. Has anyone
    else ever had this issue?

    I'm looking for suggestions.

Meteobridge has a test FTP function, what happens when you try to run the test?

Look at the Live Data / Upload Status tab. It should have info on what's happening. Send a screenshot here.

I wish I could do that, but now I can't even lo into meteobridge. I just stays stuck on white screen and ask for log in credentials. I click on the right passwords but it just spins ad keeps asking me again for them.

You've probably done this, but just in case... do you still have log in issues after a power cycle of the MB?

I read your initial post as Internet Hosting Provider, not ISP.  I apologize.  I'm starting to think your new ISP maybe heavily firewalled or port redirected. What is the new router model?

Some screenshots of what you are seeing would be helpful because "it gives me a parse error" doesn't tell us what "it" is nor any information about the error.
