Lacrosse WS 2813 and Windows 10

I just got a new computer with the latest windows 10 os. I previously ran my ws 2813 on a windows xp that recently crashed. I have downloaded the latest hw software but, I cant get the WS to sync with the PC now. I've tried the right os compatibility mode. I appreciate any help regarding this.

Update : Got it working by using administrative right's. However, history templates and graphs won't display. If anyone knows a fix for that, would be much appreciated.
     Btw, am using Weather-Display to upload to net.

I always used Heavy Weather without issue. It was great software. It just sucked having to leave the computer on all the time.
