Topic: Warning Alert Trigger Not Running in WIN 10

Just when I thought I had it all fixed I discovered my VBS scripts for the Atom Warnings and the multiple local warnings are not running.
I tried first in the documents folder as I had done before but that doesn't work. But if I put the server URL into a browser and hit go it will run! I moved them to root under their own directory Alert Triggers but they still refuse to run.

Am I missing something here?  Seems like I'm missing a brain of late .
I'm using Splinterware's free version of System Scheduler. I've never had much luck with the windows task scheduler.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!  With some possible warning criteria weather expected tomorrow I'd hate to sit here and punch go every 3 minutes to keep everyone up to date

FWIW  it was a fairly simple solution once I waded through everything.
WIN 7 ran the command fine as http://   but WIN 10 will not run it as http://   
it has to be https:/

Strange but that fixed things and looks like all is running smoothly!
