Topic: Link in WX header?

Is there a way and if there is a way what would I need to do to add a link to my Wx header?

I guess the best way to explain what I would like to do is to take a look at: http://saratoga-weather.org/index.php

In the header top right, you can see Home - Contact - Site Map I'm just looking to add 1 of those with a link.

I hoping someone has an easy way, for a caveman.
